Although the percentage of defects on delivered goods is small, you’ll be happy to know that we’ll immediately take care of any deficiencies or problems. It is in our interest to take care of these issues as quickly as possible, so you don’t have to worry about waiting for longer than is necessary for us to process a return (usually things are taken care of within several days).

When can I make a return?

We are responsible for any defects that a product has upon delivery or appear on it in the following 24 months. However, we aren’t responsible for newly arising defects, especially those that have arisen due to unsuitable use. We are not responsible for defects on used goods that correspond to the degree of use or wear that the used goods show upon delivery. With goods that have a marked period of use, we are responsible for these goods to be fit for use throughout this whole period.

We would like to point out that heightened sensitivity or possible allergic reactions to delivered goods themselves cannot be considered defects of goods. Similarly, deficiencies of gifts and other gratuitous transactions provided by the seller outside the framework of the order cannot be considered to be defects of goods. Images of goods in the e-shop are of an illustrative character and do not depict a binding image of the goods’ characteristics (e.g. the package of the goods may differ if changed by the manufacturer).

What rights do I have during a return?

If there is a defect to the goods, we can make a mutual agreement for compensation in the form of a voucher.

You also have the right to request the defect to be removed via the delivery of a substitute product or a repair.

If removing such a defect would be impossible or unreasonable for us, you have the right to request a discount from the purchase price. In such cases, you can keep the product and we will return a portion of the purchase price to you.

If this defect is significant, you can also withdraw from the purchase agreement. In this case, send the product back to us and we will reimburse you for the whole paid purchase price.

How should I make a return?

If you want to return a product to us, send it to the address NOT SO FUNNY ANY, s.r.o., V Jámě 699/1, Nové Město (Prague 1), 110 00 together with a completed return form that you can find <a href="" data-gt-href-en="">HERE</a>.

If you fill in the form without the help of our personnel, don’t forget to list where you see the defect or how it manifests itself, or list how you’d like your request processed.

We will inform you of the course of the return, primarily its acceptance, processing or refusal via email or text message. We may also contact you by telephone.

We’ll make a decision on the return without delay. Processing a return including the removal of the defect won’t take longer than 30 days. If it does, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. Your cooperation is crucial here for upholding this given duration of time.
