1. Processed personal data

During the operation of these webpages, which function simultaneously as our e-shop, we process the data of visitors with the help of cookies. If you decide to make a purchase with us, we will process your contact and delivery data solely for the purpose of carrying out your order. If you register on our website, we process your provided data and data on the history of your purchases. We then process the data of visitors to the website who have signed up to receive our newsletter, and also the data of visitors who have used the possibility of contacting us online.

2. Cookies and other similar technologies

Our website uses cookies, which are small text files saved to your device, and similar technologies, which are used to operate the webpages, personalize them, and collect data that might be related to your device, your preferences or the way you browse our website. Because we respect your privacy, we will ask for your consent before saving cookies. However, we cannot offer this in cases of cookies that are crucial for the operation of our website. For more about the function of cookies, read below.

2.1. Necessary cookies

Saving this type of cookies is necessary for the functionality of our webpages and they save things such as information on your consent to save other forms of cookies. Thanks to this type of cookies, we also know that you are logged in to our website, what language you have chosen, and so on. Such processing is crucial for the basic functioning of our website and is carried out based on our legitimate interest, i.e. ensuring the functionality of our website. However, you can avoid the processing of your personal data in this form by leaving our website or modifying the settings of your browser that allow you to change cookies settings. You can set your device to accept all cookies, to notify you of the release of a cookie, or to always refuse cookies. If you select the final option, the functionality of the sites you visit, including ours, will be significantly limited and personalized functions will not be possible.

2.2. Analytical cookies

Analytical cookies collect information on the browsing of our webpages and, in anonymous form without the possibility of being traced back to you, help us to optimize our website. However, we only collect information if you have given your consent during your first visit and you can retract this consent at any time.

2.3. Advertising cookies

Advertising cookies collect information on the products that have caught your attention. We also collect this data only after you’ve given your consent during your first visit to our website and you can retract this consent at any time.

It’s OK if you don’t give us your consent, but unfortunately the same amount of advertisements will appear, but will usually not be for products that you might truly be interested in.

3. Purchase of goods

If you buy any kind of goods from us, we process your provided identification, contact, payment and delivery data in order to quickly and smoothly process your order. We will not be able to process your order without this data, and it is thus our contractual request that you provide it. However, we will not use your personal data for any other means and will only transfer them to your selected carrier in order to deliver the ordered goods. We will keep your data based on our legitimate interests for a period of 3 years from your order for a potential return of the goods or other legal claims that may arise. If you decide to return goods for any reason, some of your personal data may be handed over to the supplier of the returned product for the return to be processed. We have a legitimate interest in making your purchase as easy as possible, and therefore we will save the contents of your shopping cart in order for you to come back to it at any time in the future. If you are a registered user and did not exclude this possibility during registration, we will remind you of your uncompleted purchase via email. You can stop saving your shopping cart and receiving notifications at any time via this link.

4. Registration

If you have used the option of registering on our website, we will save the personal information you’ve provided in order to provide you with this service and make purchasing easier. We will also save the history of your purchases and reservations in the same way so you have an overview concerning the status of your orders and completed transactions. If you fail to tell us during registration that this is not your wish, it is in our legitimate interests for the improvement of provided services to send to your email address news, offers and discount events connected to products similar to those you’ve purchased in the past. However, each of these messages will give you the opportunity to unsubscribe from these messages.

5. Newsletter

You can register and subscribe to our newsletter by using the form on our webpages. If you use this option, we’ll send information based on your consent about discount events, products and offers to your email address and subsequently evaluate whether our offer caught your attention or not. This is done by judging whether, for example, you visit any of the links to products that we recommend to you. Your consent can be retracted at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link that will be in every email that you receive from us.

6. Competitions

Over the course of the year, we will offer a whole score of competitions, most often via our accounts on social media. If you take part in any of these competitions, we will process the data you’ve provided only in order to realize the given competition, i.e. mainly during name drawing, contacting winners, handing over prizes and publishing the results. If it is not in our power to ensure that a prize can be implemented (e.g. a paid trip), we will hand over the data on winners to third parties.

7. Recipients of personal data

We process your data only within the territory of the Czech Republic. We do not in any way sell data to third parties, nor do we hand data over to anyone else unless absolutely necessary. However, we sometimes need help with processing personal data, because we’re not able to do all of this ourselves. In these cases, data processing is done by our long-term and trustworthy partners, who are stricly bound by contractual and legal obligations in the field of personal data protection and have been chosen and continually verified by us.

8. Rights connected to the processing of personal data

First and foremost, you have the right to request information from us on the categories of processed personal data, the purpose, time and nature of the processing, and the recipients of personal data. The necessary basic information can be found above, but we’ll be happy to answer any additional questions you have. You can reach us using the contacts listed below. You also have the right to request a copy of your processed personal data. If you decide to exercise this right, we will provide you with a copy for free within 30 days. If you are a registered user of our e-shop, you will have access to all data online as well. If any of your personal data changes, you have the right for this data that we have processed to be modified. In such a case, please let us know and we will do everything we can to modify or complete your personal data. While fulfilling the conditions established by relevant legal regulations, you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted or their processing to be limited. If an infringement to the protection of your personal data takes place despite our security measures and this infringement unfortunately results in a high risk for your rights and freedoms, we will inform you immediately and will do everything we can in order to prevent any negative consequences. You can always make an objection against the processing of personal data; if your objection deals with any form of direct marketing, we will immediately cease to process personal data for these purposes. The most simple method for raising such an objection is to use the unsubscribe link that you will find in each message you receive from us. Similarly to an objection, you also always have the option of lodging a complaint with the relevant monitoring authority.
